If you live in Marion or Polk Counties, OR you will be able to purchase Physicians Choice Preferred + Rx (PPO) plan with Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit (referred to as MAPD health insurance plans) or Physicians Choice Preferred (PPO) without drug coverage. Physicians Choice Preferred Medicare Advantage Plans, designed for health care, cover everything original Medicare covers plus some exciting enhanced benefits. Physicians Choice Medicare Health care Plans are available to anyone who is entitled to Medicare plan benefits under Part A, enrolled in Medicare Part B and resides in our service area, which is Marion and Polk counties.
