If you live in Columbia, Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, Yamhill, Polk, Marion, Lane counties in Oregon or Clark County or Snohomish County in Washington, you will be able to purchase the Medicare Advantage HMO, HMO-POS or PPO plans with or without prescription drug coverage.
If you live in Washington, Multnomah or Clackamas County, you will be able to purchase the Providence Medicare Open (PPO) plan from Providence Health Plans with or without prescription drug coverage.
As a Senior in OR, you can join Providence Medicare plans if you are entitled to Medicare Part A and enrolled in Medicare Part B and live in the service area.
Providence HMO health insurance members can choose from a network of doctors, specialists and hospitals for their health care needs. You may use any health care doctor who is part of the network. Providence PPO members may use in or out of network doctors, though it may cost more for your care (except in an emergency or urgent care situation).
