Elect Value Option offers basic coverage at low rates. Most
in-network services are covered at 50% after the deductible has been met.

FlexPerks is an HSA qualified high deductible plan. It offers a
first-dollar accident benefit. Preventative care and prescription
drug coverage are subject to the deductible. Use this plan along with your health
