Sound Harbor Elite, Essential Plus and Essential Five

Great choices are now available when considering a low cost traditional PPO plan. Choose the level of coverage you need and choose from these plans. Apply online!

Sound Harbor Elite – Comprehensive PPO coverage with a $1,000 deductible per person. Coverage includes maternity, prescription drugs, acupuncture, spinal and extremity manipulation, mental health, and massage therapy. The deductible is waived for preventive care.

Essential Plus – This WA catastrophic PPO Plan provides coverage for major medical events. KPS Medical Insurance Plans offers 100% coverage for the first three office visits per year after a $30 per visit copay. The deductible is waived for preventative care. This plan also includes generic prescription drug coverage.

The Healthy Investor Plans

Healthy Investor plans offer lower premiums and a chance for you to take charge of your health care spending using a Health Savings Account (HSA). The contribution to your HSA is 100% tax deductible. Any interest or other earnings accumulate tax free. The funds can be used to cover your health insurance deductible. They help cover any coinsurance for qualified medical services, prescriptions, or products. Amounts distributed are not taxable, as long as the funds are used to pay for qualified medical expenses.
