When you enroll in their Charter Plus RxTM Plan, Apex Plus RxTM Plan, Sound Plus RxTM Plan or Pinnacle Plus RxTM Plan, you have the advantage of Part D prescription drug health care coverage.

Covered drugs for these plans are listed in their formulary, which is developed in consultation with a team of health care providers. The comprehensive formulary represents the prescription therapies believed to be a necessary part of a quality treatment program.

Charter Plus RxTM Plan, Apex Plus RxTM Plan, Sound Plus RxTM Plan, or Pinnacle Plus RxTM Plan will generally cover the drugs listed in our formulary as long as the drug is medically necessary, the prescription is filled within their network retail or mail-order pharmacies and other plan rules are followed.
