called Asuris TruAdvantage + Rx
from Asuris Northwest Health
for $146.00 per month.
You can also choose the Asuris
TruAdvantage + Rx Enhanced plan for
$206.00 per month with coverage of generic drugs through
the Coverage Gap.
MedAdvantage is a PPO
with a Medicare contract. Anyone
