Group Health Cooperative offers four senior medical Medicare Advantage HMO plan options: Clear Care Vital (HMO), Basic (HMO), Essential (HMO) & Optimal (HMO). They also offer two PPO plans: Clear Care Prestige (PPO) and Elite (PPO) and one Medicare Advantage HMO SNP (Special Needs Plan). Clear Care Sound (HMO) healthcare plan Group Health’s Clear Care℠ plans are coordinated care plans with a Medicare Advantage contract. Members can choose their own doctor, and have access to two fitness plans (SilverSneakers and EnhanceFitness), well–adult exams, home health care, and virtually no paperwork. In addition we offer an optional dental benefit, as well as the Plus Package which includes vision, hearing, travel, and alternative therapy benefits. Three prescription drug plans are also available (one is available only in King and Pierce, WA counties).
