If you live in Deschutes, Grant, Hood River, Jefferson, Klamath (97731, 97733, 97737, 97739), Lake (97638, 97641, 97735, 97739), Sherman, Wasco, or Wheeler county, you will be able to purchase the Premier Plans. If you live in Crook, Deschutes, Klamath (97731, 97733, 97737, 97739), Lake (97638, 97641, 97735, 97739), or Lane county you will be able to purchase the Premier Plans. You must have both Medicare Part A and Part B to enroll. You can enroll in the plan during specific times of the year. Contact PacificSource Medicare for more information.
