If you live in
Crook, Deschutes,
Grant, Hood River, Jefferson, Sherman, Wasco, Wheeler County,
you will be able to purchase the
Value Plan or Value + Rx
plans from ClearOne Health Plans
with or without prescription drug coverage called Medicare Advantage
Plans. These plans are also available in parts of Klamath County
(97731, 97733 ,97737, 97739 zip codes) and select areas of Lake
County (97735, 97638, 97641).
If you live in
Crook and Deschutes County,
you are eligible to enroll in the
ClearOne Explorer + Rx Plan.
All Medicare Advantage Plans agree
to stay in the program for a full year at a time. Each year, the
plans decide whether to continue for another year. Even if a plan
decides not to continue, you will not lose Medicare coverage.
ClearOne Value,
Traditional and Explorer plans are HMO, POS or PPO
plans with a Medicare
Advantage contract. Anyone who resides in the service
area and who has Medicare Parts A and B may apply.
