DentalPlus is a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona prepaid dental plan available in Maricopa and Pima counties only. The plan offers diagnostic and preventive care and discounts on restorations, periodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthetics when you use a participating DentalPlus dentist or specialist. DentalPlus specialist services are available at a discount off the provider’s billed charges and are not covered services under the DentalPlus plan. There are no deductibles to meet; you pay applicable fees when you receive services.
